Meridiano 110 Studio is a digital studio in La Paz, Baja California Sur. We design custom websites, software, apps, bots and AI for small businesses and established companies, and we run our own apps. This notice explains what personal data we use, why, who it is shared with, and how you can access, correct or delete yours.
Who is responsible
Roberto Arispe Mendoza, doing business as Meridiano 110 Studio. Address: Cto. Los Bledales 1 No. 233, Col. La Fuente, C.P. 23088, La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Email: hola@meridiano110studio.com.
What data we use
If you write to us or request a quote
- Your name and email; your WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it.
- Your business name and what you tell us about your project: what you want to achieve, an example, when you need it and how you heard about us.
If you are our client
- Contact details for the people we work with on the project.
- Your tax details for invoicing: name or company name, RFC (Mexican tax ID), tax regime, tax postal code and email.
- Any account access you share with us to deliver the project, only for as long as the work lasts.
Your customers’ data inside what we build
If the system, website or assistant we deliver stores data about your customers, you are the party responsible for that data. We only process it on your behalf, following your instructions and the contract, and we do not use it for anything else.
If you use one of our apps
- What you write or send in the app or by message: text, voice notes, photos and documents.
- Your name and phone number or email, so we know who to reply to.
- Information you choose to connect (for example, a calendar or an email account), only with your authorization and only for what you asked.
- Sensitive data: if you ask us to, we store health information, such as your medications and their schedule, in order to remind you. Only with your express consent and only for that purpose.
When you visit this site
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display it, Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and Google Fonts, which serves the fonts, receive technical data such as your IP address and browser.
How we use it
- To answer your request and send you a proposal.
- To build and deliver the project you hired us for, support you and invoice.
- To make our apps work: reply to you, remind you of what you asked, organize your information and send the alerts you turned on.
These purposes are necessary to provide the service. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not send you promotions and we do not sell it.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell or rent your data. To do our work, we use providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, for the site and to email us your request; Google, for email; messaging services such as Telegram or WhatsApp, and AI services, in our apps. Tax details are sent to the SAT (Mexico’s tax authority) to issue your invoice. Beyond this, we only share data when an authority requires it under the law.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t become a project are deleted after 12 months. Project data and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires. In our apps, until you ask us to delete it or stop using them.
How we protect it
Data is stored on secured equipment and services, with encrypted backups. Passwords and access keys are never stored in the code.
How to limit the use of your data
You can ask us to stop using any piece of data, turn off any alert or feature in the app or by asking us in a message, or disconnect anything you connected. We then stop using it for that function.
Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation and objection)
At any time, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to our use of it or withdraw your consent. Write to hola@meridiano110studio.com with:
- Your name and a way to reply to you.
- A document showing it’s you (or your representative).
- Which data it is and what you want us to do with it.
We reply within 20 days at most and, if your request applies, we act on it within the following 15 days. It’s free.
