These terms apply to this site, to Meridiano 110 Studio’s quotes and services, and to our own apps. By using them, you accept these terms.
Who we are
Meridiano 110 Studio is the trade name of Roberto Arispe Mendoza, in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Email: hola@meridiano110studio.com.
Pricing and quotes
All prices are starting prices in Mexican pesos, plus VAT. The final price is set in writing in your proposal, based on your project’s scope. Prices on this site are a reference and may change; what counts is what your proposal says.
Contracted projects
- Each project is governed by its signed proposal and contract, which set out scope, timeline and price.
- Payment is made in stages. For design projects (websites, online stores, apps, custom software and AI): 40% to start, 30% on design approval and 30% on delivery. For all other services: 50% on signing and 50% on delivery.
- We issue a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI 4.0) for every payment.
- Anything that stays in your name (domain, email, store platform, AI usage) you pay directly to the provider; we list it in writing in the proposal.
- Changes and improvements after delivery are billed by the hour: MX$450 + VAT.
Who owns what we build
You do. The domain, accounts and access are in your name from day one. We sign confidentiality agreements whenever you need one.
Our apps
Our apps help you organize information: calendar, reminders, to-dos and records. They are a support tool: always double-check important information. Medication reminders only repeat what you set. We do not give medical, legal or financial advice; for that, consult a professional.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site, the quote form or our apps for anything illegal or to send messages to people who did not ask for them.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site and our apps running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or internet or provider outages.
Site content
The text, design and logo on this site belong to Meridiano 110 Studio. Case study screenshots show sample data, and examples such as Cardón Expediciones are fictional businesses created to show our work.
Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of La Paz, Baja California Sur.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will post the new version on this page with its date. Projects already under contract continue under their contract.
